5K Trail and Treat

Take part in the 5^th Annual 5K Trail and Treat! This event raises money for Reno County's expanding trail system. Runners and walkers of all skill levels are encouraged to participate.

The event will be held in Carey Park at the Homebuilder's Shelter on Saturday, Oct. 27^th. Participants will make their way around the trail in Carey Park. Participants are encouraged, but not required to run or walk in costumes. A costume contest will take place at 8:30 a.m. before the event, and prizes will be awarded!

The 5K event starts at 9:00 a.m. Following the 5K, a pancake breakfast will be available for participants from 9:30-11:00 a.m. in the Homebuilder's Shelter.

Registration is just $20 and all proceeds benefit the Friends of the Trail Fund. There is no cost to participate if you are 13 years old or younger. A t-shirt will be included with $20 registration.
