Hutchinson’s modern, versatile, and very functional Convention Center is conveniently located in the center of our E-Loop in the Ramada Hotel & Conference Center.

The combination of the spacious halls and smaller meeting rooms provides
45,000 sq. ft. of banquet and conference space with state-of-the-art technology.

Take your meetings, celebrations, and get-togethers to a whole new level. Uniquely located 650 feet below ground, the Events Room at the Kansas Underground Salt Museum seats up to 250 people.

Richard & Jack Parker Student Union

Shears Technology Center
Also located on the campus of Hutchinson Community College, the Technology Theater provides seating for 109 in a state-of-the-art venue. Call 620-665-3550.

Stringer Fine Arts Center
Another outstanding HCC facility, the Recital Hall and Gallery Theater can cater to banquet or reception needs in a very comfortable setting.  For additional details, call 620-665-3503.

Memorial Hall provides seating for 2,334 people, and the historic hall has a stage, an open floor, and fixed seating in balconies.  Originally built in 1911, it has recently been thoroughly renovated and updated.

Home to more than 230 events annually in addition to the Kansas State Fair, the facilities at the Kansas State Fairgrounds offer several versatile and spacious options for any occasion.

A comprehensive master plan for the Kansas State Fairgrounds has provided upgrades to existing structures as well as the addition of new structures to enhance the environment and the functional aspects of the fairgrounds. The Fair facilities offer a wide variety of suitable ccommodations for trade shows, receptions,company parties, and other celebrations. The handsomely-renovated Domestic Arts Building has 13,000 square feet of air-conditioned comfort with a demonstration kitchen, while the Cottonwood Court can accommodate 700 people in addition to hosting small gatherings in its private meeting room.


The Sunflower North and South Buildings are each 18,000 square feet while the Meadowlark Building offers 40,000 square feet of clear-span space. All three facilities are air-conditioned and have concession areas.

The Encampment Building has two spacious halls and the Hansen Auditorium with theater-style seating. The Prairie Pavilion is a new 92,000 square feet multi-purpose facility with innumerable possibilities.

One of America's premiere space museums and a Smithsonian-affiliate, the Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center is also one of the area's most exciting and unique locations for group functions.

With the ability to host everything from small business lunches to large formal events and parties, the wide range of rooms and entertainment options at the Cosmosphere allow for maximum flexibility.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites has a 1,200 square foot meeting room that is great for family reunions and corporate training events.  It can accommodate up to 60 for a dinner, 60-70 with chairs only and up to 40 classroom style.  They have an open catering policy for food and an on-site bar will be available soon.
