DESCRIPTION:It's ‘Hands Working Together\,’ once again celebrating Emancipation Day starting Friday\, July 31st through Sunday August 2nd\, 2026\, with many activities for the whole family. &nbsp\;A schedule of events and location and times can be found on the Emancipation Day Facebook page. &nbsp\;Friday kicks off the weekend with a Family Fun Night event. &nbsp\;Saturday will begin with a memorable parade\, followed by a picnic and ending the day with a dance. &nbsp\;Sunday events bring a close to the celebration with a gospel festival and an ice cream social! &nbsp\;Come out\, bring the family and enjoy!Events Include:July 31st\, 6:00 pm: Basketball 3-Point Shoot-Out at the New YMCA Gym (2000 N.
