We're hitting the trails of Sand Hills State Park for the 2019 Trail & Treat 3K/5K races, taking place on Saturday, October 26th starting at 9 AM. The 5K race is officially chip-timed and includes overall male/female awards. The 3K race is a fun run/walk that is not timed. All participants receive a race shirt, finisher's medal, and can enjoy fall treats at the finish line!
The day will begin with the 5K walk/run beginning at 9:00 am. Participants will be sent off in waves to avoid clogging of the trail. For the 5K only, chip timing will be provided and awards will be given to the overall female winner, overall male winner, and the top 3 place finishers for male/female in each age category. The 3K walk/run which will begin at approximately 9:30 AM. will be non-competitive and will not be timed.
