Find a pause in the middle of your week to take care of your mind and body by joinin us at the Hutchinson Art Center. Every Wednesday you'll learn how stepping on your mat can help relieve stress, joint pain, muscle discomfort, and more. Class starts at 6:15pm with the Art Center doors opening at 5:45 pm soyou can grab your favorite spot in their beautiful gallery. Surround yourself with stunning art and a loving community of Yogis during this one hour, beginner-friendly, all-levels class. If you've been wanting to cultivate a yoga practice but aren't sure where to begin, THIS is the class for you.
No previous yoga experience is required to attend. Each class starts with an intentional meditation, followed by a flow that is nourishing to both the midn and body, and ends with Shavansana (corpse pose).
January Schedule: 8th, 15th, 22nd, and the 29th.
Bring a friend to class during the month of January and pay only $5 per person!
The regular cost to attend class is $10/class. Members of the Art Center can purchase tickets for $7/class. For more information on how you can support the Art Center by purchasing a membership, check out their website here, or ask before/after class.
Tickets can be purchased to 24 hours before class here or before the start of the first class of the month. You may also pay when you arrive at the Art Center at the front desk in their lobby before the start of class with cash or card.
