Rye Whiskey Bourbon Night-Cowboy Chic

Salt City Brewing will be hosting Rye Whiskey Bourbon Night - Cowboy Chic on April 1, 2025, beginning at 5:30 pm.  Katie Ziegler will be serenading you during this special event!  Live local music, bourbon, presentations, a plate with each pour, cigar break fun with your bourbon enthusiast friends.

• We'll enjoy a social pour (TBD)
• Blue Note Rye
• Whistle Pig 18
• For the Cigar Break, a Scofflaw prepared with Knob Creek 9 Rye
• Dessert with Bulleit 10 yr Rye
• As always, you can expect a surprise pour as well.

Food Pairings:

• Salad-Chopped mixed green with bacon lettuce and tomato and freshly baked croutons.
• Seafood Bisque
• Slow smoked Certified Angus Beef tenderloin & roasted garlic mashed potatoes and sauteed fresh green beans
• For dessert, a homemade hot fudge sundae cake w/vanilla bean ice cream
