NJCAA DI Volleyball Championship Branding Unveiled

Hutchinson, KS- Visit Hutch, host of the NJCAA DI Volleyball Championship, in conjunction with the NJCAA is proud to unveil the updated branding for the 2019 National Championship.  For the third consecutive year the Championship will take place at the Hutchinson Sports Arena on November 21-23. 

In addition to the DI Volleyball Championship rebrand, the NJCAA also announced the rebranding of all Championship events effective immediately.

Rickabaugh Graphics was the principal designer assisting the NJCAA staff in the design process. Led by the efforts of owner Eric Rickabaugh, Rickabaugh Graphics' award-winning client portfolio includes the likes of the Big East Conference, Ohio State University, and members of the National Football League (NFL) and the National Basketball Association (NBA).

"We are excited to unveil these new NJCAA championship logos that elevate the branding of the association on the national stage," stated NJCAA Chief External Affairs and Development Officer Brian Luckett. "Our championship events across the country will now be represented in a consistent manner to benefit our student-athletes, member colleges and entire association."

This is the final year of a three-year contract for Hutchinson to host the Division I Volleyball Championship, which will feature 16 teams in a false double-elimination format.  Teams will begin arriving in Hutchinson as early as Monday, November 18th and all teams will be in town by Wednesday, November 20th for the official team practice day, as well as the evening player’s banquet.

Tickets for the 2019 NJCAA DI Volleyball Championship will be on sale in late August.

Earlier this year at the NJCAA Annual Meeting, the NJCAA Board of Directors awarded Visit Hutch with two additional years of the Volleyball Championship.  Those championship event dates are November 18-20, 2021 and again on November 16-18, 2023.

The new logo, website and social media accounts are the property of the NJCAA and Visit Hutch and use of any mark of the championship without written consent is prohibited.
