HUTCHINSON, KS- Visit Hutch, host of the 2018 NJCAA Division I Volleyball Championship, announced today that online tickets are on sale for the November Championship.  The dates are November 15-17, 2018, at the Hutchinson Sports Arena. This is the second year Hutchinson will host the 16 team, double-elimination Volleyball Championship.  The winners of the 14 Division I Volleyball districts and two At-Large teams will compete for the National Championship.  Thursday and Friday matches will be played on two courts at the Hutchinson Sports Arena, and Saturday’s matches will be played on a single court.  All-Session Passes for the three day event are...

Hutchinson, KS – Visit Hutch is excited to announce that the 2018 NJCAA DI Men’s Basketball Championship, known as “The Tournament”, has been nominated for a SportsTravel Award in the category of “Collegiate – Best Single-Sport Event”, and are up against four other national collegiate sporting events. Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference Volleyball Tournament Returns to the Hutchinson Sports Arena The 2nd Annual Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) Fall Fling will return to the Hutchinson Sports Arena later this month.  All thirteen of the KCAC member college volleyball teams will compete in the Fall Fling scheduled for August 24-25, at the Hutchinson Sports Arena. Museum Attraction to be closed to the public for equipment maintenance. HUTCHINSON, Kan. – June 24, 2017 – Strataca announced today that the facility will be temporarily closed for preventative equipment maintenance beginning Thursday, June 29. All-American Junior Sheep Show Will Return to Hutchinson in 2019

Five years after the Kansas Sheep Association hosted the All-American Junior Sheep Show (AAJS) at the Kansas State Fairgrounds, they will once again converge on Hutchinson in 2019.  The board of directors recently voted to return to Hutchinson for the 26th annual show, July 4-7, 2019, with nearly 2,000 head of sheep and 350 junior exhibitors expected to be in attendance.  Exhibitors are expected from around 25 states, from Oregon in the west to Pennsylvania and Maryland in the east.
