Leiker Earns National Certification in Sports Sales

Visit Hutch is proud to announce that Holly Leiker, National Sports & Destination Sales Manager, has earned the Certified Sports Event Executive (CSEE) designation. This prestigious, national program and training is only available to SportsETA members across the country.

Leiker began working on the certification courses in 2016 and completed the 32-credit hour requirement in August 2020. The courses were a partnership between SportsETA and Ohio University, with a combination of online education and in-person courses.

The program included continuing education to provide participants with cutting edge knowledge to increase their efficiency and effectiveness in the sports event industry, while enabling them to earn the designation of CSEE. Course topics included Risk Management, Effective Selling and Communication, Event Planning and more.

Leiker has been in her current role with Visit Hutch since July 2015 and was previously with Visit Hutch as Sales Manager from August 2010-July 2014. She graduated from the University of Kansas in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and minor in Communication Studies.
