The seal on this mural was designed by Rebekah Keasling, in cooperation between the City of Hutchinson and Reno County using elements from both identities to collectively promote our Sesquicentennial (150th) celebration. The mural was painted by volunteers through the Hutchinson Sculpture Art Walk and funded by a Make it Greater grant from the Hutchinson Community Foundation.
