Jack O'Lantern Sack Clay Hand-building Workshop

Get ready for a little spooky clay fun at the Jack O'Lantern Sack Clay Hand-building Workshop, on October 1, 2026, at 6:30 pm! In this hands on workshop, you’ll build your own Jack-O’-Lantern Sack completely from clay. We’ll guide you step-by-step through the handbuilding process, with plenty of room to add your own personality and details.

Your finished piece will be approximately 5" tall × 4" wide × 3.5" deep. After class, we’ll keep your creation at the studio for its first kiln firing. Once it’s ready, in about 2 weeks, you’ll return during regular walk-in hours to paint it however you’d like. Leave it with us one more time for its final firing, and then your handmade Jack-O’-Lantern Sack will be ready to take home and enjoy for many Halloweens to come. Perfect to add a little lantern glow to your Halloween decorations!

This workshop is for ages 14+. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks to enjoy while you create.
