Come out to the Shady Lane Lecture Series at the Dillon Nature Center on February 18, 2025, from 6:00-7:00 pm. Discover the fascinating history of forestry in Kansas with Ryan Armbrust, Rural Forestry Program Coordinator with the Kansas Forest Service.
Ryan will take us on a journey through 200 years of interactions between trees and people in Kansas and the Great Plains, sharing insights from historical journals, maps, and early photographs.
Fee: $10 for Dillon Nature Center Members; $15 for Non-Members, Ages 12 & Older.
