Visit Hutch Welcomes Emma Zolgmann as New Group Services Coordinator

Hutchinson, KS – January 14, 2026 – Visit Hutch is excited to announce the addition of Emma Zolgmann as the organization’s new Group Services Coordinator, effective January 12, 2026.

In her new role, Emma will be responsible for coordinating and supporting group events, meetings, and tours in Hutchinson, ensuring visitors have an exceptional experience in the community. She will work closely with local partners and organizations to provide outstanding service and hospitality to groups visiting the area.

Emma is an event professional with experience supporting conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events, with a strong focus on logistics, coordination, and guest experience, refined through her time at Boot Hill Casino and Resort and Stride Bank Center. She brings a background in hospitality and customer service and holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism and Hospitality Management with a Certificate in Marketing from Fort Hays State University.

Her passion for community engagement and visitor satisfaction aligns perfectly with Visit Hutch’s mission to promote Hutchinson as a vibrant and welcoming destination.
