Hutchinson, KS offers over 30 venues to accommodate events of varying sizes and purposes. The new Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center opened in October 2025 and enhances Hutchinson's hospitality offerings. The property features 112 sleeping rooms connected to 14,500 square feet of flexible event space, including five customizable breakout rooms. This facility caters to both business and social visitors and includes an Old Chicago Pizza + Taproom on-site.
Opened in September 2024, the 1861 Club on the Kansas State Fairgrounds features 6,600 square feet of banquet space, A/V capabilities, and state-of-the-art catering kitchen. There is also the Crystal Ballroom at the Burt, a beautiful event center that exudes luxury with a nod to glamour for your special events.
For a subterranean experience, Strataca provides an extraordinary setting 650 feet below ground. The Event Center can seat up to 250 guests in a consistently cool environment, making it an exceptional choice for memorable events. Or meet at the Cosmosphere International SciEd Center & Space Museum, a Smithsonian-affiliated museum that offers unique event spaces that can accommodate up to 400 guests and various rooms for smaller breakout style meetings.
