2026 May Third Thursday

Adventure meets art during 'GeoWoodstock', a May Third Thursday packed with geocaching, scavenger hunts, and downtown treasure hunts, May 21, 2026, from 6:00-9:00 pm.  Families, explorers, and curious minds are invited to see Main Street in a whole new way while uncovering hidden gems, creative clues, and playful surprises throughout downtown.  GeoWoodstock will be hosting a special Free mini geocaching event right in Downtown Hutchinson, perfect for adventurers of all ages to kick off all the exciting GeoWoodstock events happening around town the following weekend.  Get event details HERE.

In 2026 Third Thursday will expand programming geographically and creatively, growing Third Thursday from Avenue A through DCI Park, while continuing to prioritize experiences that align with the arts-and-culture mission. This expansion will allow us to support more artists, offer more variety, and create a downtown experience that feels dynamic from end to end.
