March 27th at 1:30 p.m. on Zoom, the public is invited to receive valuable tips and insight on writing. Whether you write poetry or prose, Denise Low will read some of her literary work and explain how the two genres are alike and different.

Denise Low, Ph.D., is a former Poet Laureate of Kansas. She has taught creative writing at the University of Richmond and the University of Kansas, and she founded the creative writing program at Haskell Indian Nations University, where she taught 25 years. She now teaches for Baker University’s graduate and literature programs. Low will be joining the meeting from her home in Healdsburg, CA.

Low is an award-winning author of 25 books of poetry and prose. Denise will read some of her new poems from her newest book, Wing, in order to show and tell.
