SkillsUSA Kansas Fall Leadership Conference 2024

The Fall Leadership Conference is a leadership conference that trains local officers, chapter members and advisors using the Program of Work activities. 

This 3 ½ -Day conference showcases how to run an entire year’s program. Students will be planning, implementing and completing general sessions, community service projects, fundraisers, officer elections, serving as delegates, writing newspaper articles, competing in leadership contests, completing secretary’s and treasurer’s notebooks, touring business and industry and all the necessary element to have a successful chapter throughout the year. During this conference is when the Kansas delegations will elect the State Officer Team.
