'Evening at The Burt' Featuring Larry Hatteberg

Enjoy an evening of dining, friendship, music and celebration, at the Annual ‘Evening at The Burt’ on October, 28, 2025, beginning at 5:30 pm.

For 51 years, Larry Hatteberg brought a special kind of television to Kansas and throughout the nation, he is known as the Emmy award-winning video storyteller who touched us with his journalistic pursuits.  His constant search for ordinary people, whose stories illuminate larger issues, positioned him to develop a personal relationship with Kansans as he travelled abroad to 17 countries in search of Kansas People.
