Heavy Duty Truck Rally

The 2025 Heavy Duty Truck Rally will be held at the Kansas State Fairgrounds on October 10-18.  The ultimate goal of the Rally is education, but there is also a strong sense of community that develops between those that attend.

Happy Hour is a laid-back part of the event, just bring a drink and a snack to share!  There is a large gathering in the main building, and often smaller gatherings throughout the campground.  No invitations are necessary, just walk up and ask to join! 

The Ladies Luncheon is a time for all the ladies to connect.  They typically visit Carriage Crossing Restaurant, in Yoder, about 20 minutes from Hutchinson.  The ladies sign up on the sheet and gather by the main entrance tot he Encampment Building before 11:00 am on the day of the luncheon.  After lunch some of the ladies choose to go to Downtown Hutchinson to browse the shops.
